Yana Kapoor is a first-generation American racer born to Indian immigrant parents, currently bridging the gap between the cockpit and the classroom. A Material Science Engineering student at the University of Illinois and a championship-winning karter, Yana has joined World Speed Motorsports for the 2026 F4 campaign.

She brings a unique competitive edge to the track: a granular, technical understanding of vehicle dynamics paired with elite racecraft. Her mission is to leverage this “Engineer-Racer” mindset to be competitive on the Formula Pro USA grid and secure a seat in the 2027 F1 Academy.
